We prefer to organize a Customer relationship workshop based on Theatre concept in order to give a live experience of handling customer complaints and resolve them effectively. The theme evolved during the workshop which helped us to reflect back on how to handle customer complaints which we receive. At the end of workshop participants really felt contained and recommended us to organize few more programs.”
