Women leadership Programmes
Sankalpa series– was a three part-learning journey for women in management to recognize and overcome their inner barriers, to build holistic vision and stronger leadership presence, strengthen support enablers and eco-systems.
Methodology– Applied psychodrama, socio-metric, interactive presentation, group counselling
Outcomes-They reported a transition from barriers of nervousness, guilt, low confidence to increased self-confidence, high morale and building strong leadership character and clear vision that would enable them to PRESS FORWARD FOR PROGRESS!
Group size-2 groups of around 25 participants when through the learning journey
Participants experience– Average 8-10 years in the organization
Client: one of the largest global financial services group.
Feedback: The session was full of positive energy. Excellent, I have no words to express. There was so much that each one could connect to. I am sure we will definitely put it in practice.

My daughter is in general very extroverted and a vibrant child. But what she lacked was her social skills, I see an amazing transformation in her social skills where she can express herself.

She understands how to deal with other children. In the past one year, Dhritika has bloomed like anything.
